The Role
You’ll take ownership of technical packages, materials, and documentation, while supporting client presentations and contributing to design development across the project lifecycle — from early concept through construction.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering interior design packages at a high technical level across RIBA stages
Creating detailed drawings, schedules, and construction-level documentation
Supporting material palettes and producing compelling client presentation decks
Maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout every phase
Coordinating with the senior team to ensure design intent is fully realised
Confidently contributing to internal reviews and external meetings
About You

You’ll bring:
Proven experience within a high-end interior design studio
Strong technical skillset with an ability to produce and own full drawing packages
Excellent supplier and material knowledge
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite
Experience preparing materials for top-tier client presentations
Familiarity with specification software such as Specsources
A proactive mindset and a desire to progress to Senior over the next two years
