You’ll contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-end interiors that combine creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial impact.

About the Role

As part of the internal design studio, you’ll work across a series of “special projects” – unique, design-led commissions that go beyond the ordinary. You’ll enjoy end-to-end project visibility, from initial concept through to site delivery, with opportunities for international travel and direct creative ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver concept and detailed design packages for hospitality and residential interiors
  • Create mood boards, finishes palettes, and compelling presentation decks
  • Produce technical drawings, tender documentation, and specifications
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and FF and E suppliers to achieve design intent
  • Conduct regular site visits, both UK-based and international
  • Maintain drawing registers, schedules, and procurement tracking
  • Present design concepts with clear creative and technical rationale
  • Support value engineering, budgeting, and material sourcing
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and pace
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with brand and operational goals

About You

  • A well-rounded designer with strong creative instincts and technical ability
  • Proficient across all design stages, from concept to completion
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, joinery, and FF and E detailing
  • Confident managing your own design packages with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
  • Strong communicator, able to present clearly and respond to feedback
  • Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and delivery focused
  • Positive, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Why Join Them?

  • Client-side position within a respected international hospitality group
  • Exposure to unique, design-led luxury and hospitality projects
  • Hands-on involvement across all project phases – concept to completion
  • Opportunities for international travel and professional growth
  • Flat structure with senior leadership engagement and development pathways
  • Collaborative, creative, and forward-thinking team culture
