Middleweight Interior Designer Role Summary

We’re delighted to be partnering with a luxury, high-end development group who are looking for a Middleweight Interior Designer to help deliver exceptional projects across some of London’s most prestigious postcodes.
They are seeking a talented and detail-driven Interior Designer with an impeccable eye and strong technical grounding to join their West London studio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, design-led environment. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working autonomously while collaborating closely with an experienced project management team to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential projects across all stages, from concept design through to final installation
- Produce detailed technical drawings and packages using Vectorworks/CAD
- Develop 3D models and visualisations to support design intent
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants on site
- Ensure the highest level of design quality and attention to detail throughout
About You
- 5+ years’ experience within high-end residential interior design
- Strong technical proficiency in Vectorworks/CAD
- Confident in 3D modelling and spatial design
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident in taking initiative
- Comfortable running projects independently while being a collaborative team player
- Studio-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional work
- A genuine passion for interior design and luxury living environments
The Studio
Based in West London, this is a 5-day studio role with significant site involvement. The position offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive and design-focused team.
