  • Assist with on-site project management, including logistics, quality control, and installation oversight.
  • Produce specification schedules for lighting, sanitaryware, finishes, and more.
  • Manage sections of the FF&E package from start to finish.
  • Work within strict budgets and timeframes, maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Reporting & Team Structure

  • You will report directly to the Senior Interior Designer leading your team.

What They’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience working on high-end design projects, including costing, quoting, and overseeing installations.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Esti budgeting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp eye for detail, with experience producing material and fabric schemes.
  • Confident liaising with suppliers and consultants, with some client interaction preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Good understanding of the financial aspects of interior design projects is desirable.

What This Role Can Offer You

  • A chance to deepen your understanding of the entire design process.
  • Valuable on-site experience of the build and installation phases.
  • A flexible role providing insight into both interior design and architectural disciplines.
  • Opportunities to develop problem-solving skills and expand your design knowledge.
  • Close collaboration with Senior Designers and Senior Architects to grow your expertise.

Benefits & Culture

  • Friendly, sociable, and welcoming team culture.
  • Annual social events to connect and unwind.
  • Vitality Health and Bupa Dental insurance available after probation.
  • Pension scheme via Scottish Widows.
