Your Role at a Glance
Project Ownership
- Run the day-to-day elements of projects within agreed parameters.
- Communicate concepts using visuals, sketches, models and moodboards.
- Assist in preparing and delivering pitch materials and presentations.
- Attend and contribute to external meetings on behalf of the studio.
- Liaise with suppliers to support ongoing project needs.
- Join internal meetings and contribute to project and studio discussions.
Design and Delivery
- Bring solid design and technical skills across all stages of a project.
- Work alongside the in-house visualisation team to produce high-quality CGIs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful design input.
Teamwork and Relationships
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the studio.
- Support the Head of Interiors in meeting team goals and maintaining design quality.
- Delegate tasks to Junior Designers when needed and offer guidance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and external partners.
- Represent the studio at industry events and embody its values in your work.
- Be a supportive and proactive team player.
Financial Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day budget management for your project areas.
- Escalate decisions with larger cost or resource impacts to Directors.
Quality and Compliance
- Follow studio-wide processes and quality management procedures.
- Keep up with CPD requirements and maintain best practice standards.
