The Role
You will work across a range of UK residential projects, many involving listed buildings, taking responsibility for technical delivery, coordination and client liaison. This is a hands-on position with real autonomy, supported by junior team members.
- Running projects independently across multiple stages
- Liaising directly with clients, suppliers and consultants
- Producing detailed joinery drawings suitable for tender
- Preparing schedules and documentation for large-scale residential projects
- Managing on-site coordination and site visits
- Delegating and supporting junior team members
- Contributing to the studio’s growing residential portfolio
The Candidate
- Confident and organised Middleweight Interior Designer
- Proven experience working on listed buildings in London
- Strong on-site experience with the ability to run projects independently
- Highly organised with strong scheduling and documentation skills
- Client-facing with a professional and clear communication style
- Strong spatial planning and technical drawing ability
- Comfortable delegating tasks and working collaboratively
- Right to work in the UK is essential
