The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced designer with a passion for high-end residential interiors. You’ll be leading your own smaller-scale projects from concept through to completion, working directly with clients and guiding junior team members with confidence and creativity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own portfolio of boutique residential projects, from concept to handover
  • Presenting and pitching concepts to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Mentoring and inspiring junior designers, sharing your knowledge and elevating the team’s output
  • Creating beautifully detailed design intent packages that meet client expectations
  • Planning project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth delivery across all phases
  • Sourcing unique furniture, art, and accessories to bring your designs to life
  • Preparing bespoke joinery and FF&E drawings and documentation
  • Maintaining project records and ensuring timely invoicing and financial tracking
  • Representing the studio at trade shows and supplier meetings to stay ahead of trends

What you’ll need:

  • 3–4 years’ experience within high-end residential interior design
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships from start to finish
  • Confident mentoring skills and a collaborative approach to working with your team
  • Solid understanding of FF&E procurement and custom furniture/joinery design
  • A relevant Interior Design degree or qualification (essential)
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Studio + Perks:

  • Creative and supportive studio culture with a strong team spirit
  • Flexibility and hybrid working offered
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Private healthcare, dental, and gym membership
  • Pension scheme, cycle-to-work initiative, and annual bonus scheme
  • A beautifully curated studio with a track record of award-winning projects
