The Midweight FF and E Interior Designer Role
Working closely with senior designers and design leads, the mid-weight designer will play an active role across multiple projects, contributing creative ideas and delivering high-quality FF&E packages with accuracy and flair.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting concept development and contributing to the creative direction of projects.
Preparing FF&E mood boards, sourcing materials, and producing specifications and schedules.
Assisting with space planning, detailed design, and documentation across project stages.
Liaising with suppliers and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
Managing procurement processes, from budgeting to delivery and installation.
Supporting client presentations and helping to prepare compelling pitch material.
Collaborating with the wider design team and contributing to a positive studio culture.
About You
This position suits a driven and detail-oriented designer with a solid background in hospitality interiors and a passion for FF&E.
You will have:
A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience working in a design studio, ideally on luxury hospitality or F&B projects.
Strong FF&E knowledge – from sourcing and specification to procurement and installation.
Excellent eye for materiality, finishes, and styling, with a creative yet practical approach.
Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Great communication and organisational skills, with confidence in presenting ideas.
A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a fast-moving, international team.
