Midweight Interior Designer/Architect
A Midweight Interior Designer/Architect is needed for a boutique, award-winning architecture and interiors practice that is on the lookout for a talented designer to join their friendly and design-driven team in London. This studio is known for crafting exceptional contemporary spaces with a thoughtful, technical and responsible ethos. Their portfolio spans bespoke hospitality, residential and commercial projects across London and the UK.
The Role
You’ll join a small, collaborative team, working both independently and alongside a project architect on beautifully crafted hospitality projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves design at every stage – from early concept to technical detail – and who thrives on responsibility, creativity and client engagement.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Generating imaginative design solutions across all project stages
- Embedding sustainable thinking into new and existing schemes
- Contributing to design and technical workshops
- Managing information packages from concept to delivery
- Bringing fresh ideas and energy through research and curiosity
- Reporting clearly to internal and external teams
- Spotting project risks and safeguarding the client brief
- Seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Producing high-quality drawings and written work
- Building strong, positive relationships with clients, consultants and contractors

You’re a confident, organised and collaborative designer who cares deeply about design quality and detail. You enjoy being part of a small team where initiative and curiosity are valued.
You’ll Bring:
