Midweight Interior Designer opportunity with a Chelsea-based residential interior design studio known for its calm, considered aesthetic that blends Scandinavian sensibility with antiques, vintage finds and classic architectural detailing. This is a small, close-knit studio where designers have genuine ownership, visibility and influence across projects.
This role suits a confident Midweight Interior Designer who enjoys working collaboratively, taking responsibility and being closely involved in both the creative and technical sides of residential projects. With an in-house construction and contracts team based in the same studio, designers benefit from rare, hands-on access to build knowledge and feasibility input throughout the design process.
The Role
You will work across multiple residential projects at varying stages, collaborating closely with the wider studio team and contractors to deliver thoughtful, buildable interiors from concept through to completion.
- Working across two to three residential projects at a time
- End-to-end involvement from concept development through to delivery
- Collaborating closely within a small team on projects at different stages
- Regular interaction with contractors to refine, resolve and detail designs

- Strong alignment with the studio’s Scandinavian-influenced, character-led aesthetic
- Energetic, proactive and confident building professional relationships
- Genuine passion for interiors, suppliers, art, antiques and vintage pieces

Working Hours
