Project Architect (Contract) Role Summary
Our client, a well-established, award-winning architecture practice, is seeking a Project Architect to join their team on a 6-month contract, supporting the delivery of a major high-rise mixed-use project in London.
You’ll join a team of around 8, contributing to the Stage 4 delivery of a high-profile scheme, with potential involvement in later project stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on a large-scale mixed-use development
- Support Stage 4 project delivery
- Produce and coordinate Revit models and drawing packages
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants
Key Requirements
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential) – 30-minute practical test as part of the interview process
- Experience delivering RIBA Stages 4–6
- Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
Role Details
- Location: Central London
- Contract: ASAP start – approx. 6 months (until September)
- Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (1hr lunch)
- Hybrid: Work from home Fridays
