An award-winning and fast-growing AJ100 architecture practice is seeking a Newly Qualified Architect to join its vibrant Central London studio. Renowned for its beautifully crafted projects and collaborative team culture, the practice delivers high-profile commercial, mixed-use, and residential schemes that help shape the city’s skyline.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified architect to develop within a supportive, design-led environment and gain exposure to large-scale, complex projects.
About the Newly Qualified Architect Role
You will work closely with senior team members across RIBA Stages 2–5, contributing to both the design and technical development of live projects. The role offers hands-on experience, consultant coordination, and the chance to be part of a growing, ambitious practice.
Key Requirements
ARB-registered with up to 3 years post-qualification experience in the UK
Strong Revit skills essential – the studio is fully BIM-integrated
Experience across RIBA stages with good technical and design abilities
Confident producing and developing drawing packages
A background in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects is an advantage
What’s on Offer
Salary between £38,000 and £45,000, depending on experience
Hybrid working: 4 days in the studio, 1 day working from home
Biannual bonuses: employee-owned trust (EOT) bonus and performance-related bonus
