Office and Communications Manager Role Summary
Office and Communications Manager opportunity with an award-winning, international multidisciplinary architecture and design studio based in West London. This globally recognised practice works across contemporary architecture, urban planning, landscape, interiors and product design, with offices in London and Dubai.

The Role
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, while also supporting high-quality bid, marketing and communications output.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintain an efficient, well-organised workspace
- Manage suppliers, equipment, office systems and external vendors
- Act as a key liaison for clients, consultants and contractors
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and policy coordination
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and team events
- Maintain filing systems, assist with invoicing and track expenses
- Liaise with external IT support providers
Bid & Communications Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
- Design and format RFP submissions to a high visual standard
- Create graphics, layouts and branded materials
- Maintain templates and visual assets
- Support the production of brochures, presentations and digital content
The Candidate
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong office management experience
- Advanced Adobe InDesign skills (essential); Photoshop and Illustrator advantageous
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and handling confidential information
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
