Summary

HAUS Careers is currently seeking an On-site Senior Architect for an AJ100 Practice located near Oxford Circus. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams and taking projects to site across commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams on site.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage the construction process, including overseeing the quality and progress of work.
• Attend site meetings and produce site visit reports.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance.

Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in the commercial, education, and mixed-use sectors.
• Proven experience leading teams and taking projects to site.
• Strong construction knowledge and latter stage experience.
• Proficient in Revit software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
