Part 2 Architectural Assistant Key Requirements:
- Part 2 qualification with a minimum of one year of UK experience
- Solid understanding of UK Building Control regulations
- Strong academic background with excellent grades
- Proficiency in Revit is a must
- Passion for creative design with a keen eye for technical details
- Site experience and construction detailing skills are a big plus
- Familiarity with SketchUp or Vectorworks 3D/BIM is advantageous but not essential
- Confident communicator with a collaborative spirit
