Part 2 Architectural Assistant Role Summary
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
A highly creative London-based architecture and design studio is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative team. Known for delivering bold residential, commercial, leisure and workplace environments, the practice works on ambitious projects that push design thinking and technical innovation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Revit-proficient Part 2 with at least one year of UK experience who is eager to contribute within a fast-paced, design-led environment. You’ll gain exposure across all RIBA stages, working closely with architects and directors on a range of high-profile schemes.
Key Requirements
Part 2 qualification with minimum 1 year of UK professional experience
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Building Control
Excellent academic background
Revit proficiency is essential
Strong design sensibility combined with solid technical ability
Experience with construction detailing and site stages is advantageous
Knowledge of SketchUp or Vectorworks is beneficial but not essential
Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach
Role Responsibilities
Contribute to projects across all RIBA stages, from concept through to delivery
Produce design proposals, drawings, and technical details using Revit
Support project architects and directors with design development and technical coordination
Assist with visualisation, modelling, and presentation material
Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver innovative, high-quality architecture
