Requirements:

• Extensive experience within UK-based design-centric practices, particularly in residential and/or housing projects.
• Proven capability to concurrently manage multiple projects and drive them to triumphant results.
• Exceptional academic background in architecture.
• Thorough comprehension of listed structures and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in design, technical skills, and meticulous detailing.
• Proficiency across all RIBA work stages.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD; BIM experience is advantageous.
• Effective communication prowess for adept client and professional team management.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a pronounced team-oriented spirit.
• Outstanding time management skills for both personal and team efficiency.
