The Role:

A friendly, design-led and recognised AJ practice seeks a talented and enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to help with the development of large-scale, high-density, residential led detailed planning applications and across all stages. Applicants must demonstrate excellent design and graphic communication skills, be able to articulate a design narrative, along with a good understanding of design software packages. Good knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Experience working on detailed planning applications and residential-led projects is highly desirable.

The Candidate:

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Enthusiastic approachability to work within a team as well as independently
• Good presentation/communication skills
• Strong Revit skills
• Experience across stages 0-3 and/or stages 4+ on live projects
• A beautiful portfolio showcasing multi-unit housing / masterplanning projects
