A well-established and design-led architectural practice is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join its collaborative team in Hertfordshire.

The Role
You’ll become a key member of the St Albans team, contributing to the design and delivery of education and sports projects across multiple RIBA stages.
Working closely with architects, designers, and an in-house sustainability team, you’ll help develop high-quality, user-focused spaces that prioritise the needs of students, educators, and wider communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support concept design through to technical delivery on education projects
- Produce and coordinate drawings and 3D models in Revit
- Contribute to design development and stakeholder engagement
- Assist with technical detailing, materials research, and presentations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sustainability specialists
- Contribute to low-carbon and socially responsible design strategies
About You
- Qualified Part II Architectural Assistant with relevant UK project experience
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Passion for education and sports architecture
- Interest in sustainable, low-energy design principles
- Confident communicator with strong teamwork and organisational skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to develop within a collaborative environment
