Part II Architectural Assistant Role Summary
A design-led, Central London architecture studio is seeking a technically strong Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team on a 3-month contract, with potential to extend to 6 months.
This role is ideal for someone with around 1 year of post-Part II experience, eager to get stuck into the detail of a fast-paced, high-spec workplace and hospitality project currently at Stage 4.
Part II Architectural Assistant Role
You’ll be joining a key project in Southbank – a vibrant, mixed-use scheme combining workplace and restaurant spaces. The team is looking for an extra pair of hands to help get the project back on track at Stage 4. Expect to work closely with a tight-knit, sociable team who value collaboration, clarity, and initiative.
This is a full-time, studio-based role – no hybrid working during the contract period.
What They’re Looking For
Around 1 year of experience post-Part II
Strong knowledge of Stage 4 technical delivery
Confident user of Revit
Clear communicator and team player – a real people person
Experience in workplace, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is a bonus

Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 pro rata
Location: Central London – in studio, full time
