HAUS Careers is partnering with a highly regarded, design-led architecture practice to recruit a Newly Qualified Architect or Part II Architectural Assistant to join their London studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Part II or Part III with strong technical ability and a passion for residential architecture to gain hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 3–5, working closely with experienced architects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You’ll support the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects, contributing to technical design, detailed drawings, and project coordination while developing your professional experience toward Part III.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
Assist in the production of Stage 4 and 5 drawing packages, details, and schedules
Work in Revit to help develop and maintain coordinated project models
Assist with consultant coordination and information exchange
Support responses to planning conditions and building regulations requirements
Help resolve technical and construction queries under guidance from senior team members
Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and team meetings
About You
ARB Part III Qualified or Part II qualified Architectural Assistant
UK-based experience within an architectural practice
Strong interest in technical design and project delivery
Working knowledge of Revit
Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction principles
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
