HAUS Careers is partnering with a highly regarded, design-led architecture practice to recruit a Newly Qualified Architect or Part II Architectural Assistant to join their London studio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Part II or Part III with strong technical ability and a passion for residential architecture to gain hands-on experience across RIBA Stages 3–5, working closely with experienced architects in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll support the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects, contributing to technical design, detailed drawings, and project coordination while developing your professional experience toward Part III.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 3–5

  • Assist in the production of Stage 4 and 5 drawing packages, details, and schedules

  • Work in Revit to help develop and maintain coordinated project models

  • Assist with consultant coordination and information exchange

  • Support responses to planning conditions and building regulations requirements

  • Help resolve technical and construction queries under guidance from senior team members

  • Participate in design reviews, technical workshops, and team meetings


About You

  • ARB Part III Qualified or Part II qualified Architectural Assistant

  • UK-based experience within an architectural practice

  • Strong interest in technical design and project delivery

  • Working knowledge of Revit

  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction principles

  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
