A forward-thinking hotel and residential developer is looking for experienced Part II Architectural Assistants and Part III Architects to join their in-house design team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step beyond traditional practice and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle – from acquisition and feasibility, through design and construction, to operations.
You’ll be working on a portfolio of luxury hospitality and residential projects, playing a key role in shaping design concepts and delivering high-quality technical packages in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support project leads on design development, detailing, and documentation across all RIBA stages
Assist with coordination and scheduling to ensure smooth project delivery
Work with external consultants to ensure projects are buildable and cost-effective
Collaborate closely with in-house teams, including acquisitions, construction, and operations
Uphold best practice in quality, health & safety, and compliance
Skills & Experience
Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
Experience in residential design and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Solid design sensibility with an interest in luxury hospitality and property development
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Important Requirement
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (valid visa or settled/pre-settled status).
