Summary
A well renowned and established Interior practice based in West London is seeking an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or recently qualified Architect to join their Architects team.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Will be a part II, or recently qualified ARB Architect
Will have a beautifully presented portfolio that shows off the high end design led private residential projects
have working knowledge of construction details and regulations
be able to produce detailed drawings covering coordination, detailing and integration between Architectural and Interior elements
be strong working in ArchiCAD, as its the practices main software day to day, or have the ability and willingness to learn it quickly
knowledgeable on UK planning and building control procedures
have proven experience in prime Residential or hospitality projects in the UK, and potentially Internationally too
In term of character the right person they are looking for:
- Must be a team player with good project running skills to ensure all aspects of the project achieve the relevant deadlines.
- Enjoy the client face to face aspect of the role
- Should appreciate being well organised, have good presentation skills and be able to confidently liaise with clients.
Whilst working closely with Project Architects and the Director, this role will be client-facing. So experience in presenting and strong clear communication skills are essential.
