Part III Architect / Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant Role Summary
Commercial & Residential Projects
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
London
Great All-Round Role
We’re looking for a bright, motivated Part III Architect to join a friendly, design-led studio working across a diverse mix of residential and commercial projects. This is a brilliant opportunity for a recently qualified Architect or experienced Part II who’s keen to take on more responsibility, work on projects from concept through to delivery, and continue developing in a supportive and creative environment.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a studio known for its thoughtful design and well-detailed projects. The team works across residential, workplace, and mixed-use schemes — giving you a chance to gain exposure to a range of scales and project stages.
This is a genuinely all-round role — one day you might be sketching early-stage design ideas, the next preparing tender drawings or coordinating with consultants. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to see their ideas come to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting project leads across all RIBA stages
Producing drawings and visual material for design and technical packages
Coordinating with consultants and contributing to team discussions
Helping prepare planning, tender, and construction information
Using Revit daily (training and guidance provided if needed)
Contributing ideas and taking initiative as part of a close-knit team
About You
Part III qualified or an experienced Part II Architectural Assistant with solid UK experience
Confident working across multiple stages of design and delivery
Strong Revit and presentation skills (or keen to build these further)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A collaborative attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning
A good mix of design flair and technical understanding
Why This Role?
This is a great opportunity to build confidence and autonomy within a supportive team that values mentorship, collaboration, and design quality. The studio has a friendly culture, a varied portfolio, and plenty of scope for progression — perfect for someone who’s eager to grow and get involved in meaningful, well-crafted work.
If you’re a recently qualified Architect or an experienced Part II ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
