Procurement Assistant Role Summary
A high-end West London Architecture and Interior Design studio is seeking a proactive Procurement Assistant to support its expanding pipeline of international hospitality, F&B, and luxury workplace projects, alongside select residential schemes in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative and collaborative team as they prepare to sign on several new projects.
The Role
The Procurement Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of procurement across multiple project types. Working closely with the design and project teams, responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the procurement of FF&E and materials across hospitality, F&B, and workplace projects.
- Liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and coordinating orders.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of procurement schedules.
- Supporting the team with Studio software to manage project information.
- Helping maintain supplier relationships and staying informed on new products and industry trends.
- Providing general administrative procurement support to ensure seamless project delivery.
About You
- Experience in a procurement support role, ideally within the design, interiors, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive and detail-focused approach.
- Confident using Studio software (or similar).
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
