Procurement Coordinator Role Summary

A renowned luxury interior design studio is seeking a Junior Procurement Coordinator to join their growing SW London team. Specialising in high-end residential projects in the UK and internationally, the studio is recognised for its meticulously tailored interiors and exceptional client service.

This role offers the opportunity to support the procurement team in delivering prestigious projects, from initial costings through to installation. The Junior Procurement Coordinator will liaise closely with internal teams, suppliers, and high-net-worth clients to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a respected luxury design studio, gaining invaluable experience on exceptional residential projects and working within a supportive and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team across multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery from costing through to completion.
  • Prepare accurate FF&E cost estimates and maintain data within internal systems.
  • Obtain and negotiate quotations, proformas, and invoices, ensuring all information is correct and approved.
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders and payments in line with project requirements.
  • Cross-reference specifications, drawings, and floor plans, flagging discrepancies to the wider team.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, resolve supplier issues, and ensure items arrive on time and in excellent condition.
  • Assist with tendering, supplier selection, and building long-term relationships with trusted partners.
  • Support installations on site, acting as the main point of contact for deliveries, snagging, and logistics.
  • Generate reports, schedules, and documentation for both internal and external use, ensuring compliance with studio standards.
  • Collaborate with finance to reconcile project accounts and ensure all health and safety documentation is recorded.
  • Proactively suggest ways to streamline processes and support the continuous improvement of procurement operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous procurement experience, ideally within high-end residential or luxury design projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong numerical skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
