Procurement Coordinator Role Summary

Procurement Coordinator opportunity with a well-established, high-end residential and commercial interior design studio based in South West London. The studio is known for delivering beautifully detailed, bespoke interiors for private and commercial clients in the UK and internationally, and continues to grow its portfolio of luxury projects.

This role would suit an organised, commercially minded Procurement Coordinator who is comfortable managing multiple projects within a design-led environment. The studio is open to candidates at different stages of their career and will shape the position according to experience, welcoming both established procurement professionals and those looking to step up.

The Role

Working closely with the design, project management and finance teams, the Procurement Coordinator will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of furniture, lighting, finishes and bespoke items across residential and commercial projects.

  • Sourcing and liaising with UK and international suppliers
  • Preparing and placing purchase orders and managing deposits
  • Tracking production schedules and delivery lead times
  • Coordinating logistics, freight and site deliveries
  • Managing budgets and supporting cost control across projects
  • Resolving supplier, delivery or quality issues
  • Maintaining accurate procurement schedules and records
  • Supporting designers with supplier research and specifications

The Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
  • Previous experience in procurement, interiors, luxury retail or a related field
