HAUS Careers is pleased to be looking for a Project Architect on behalf of a highly regarded, employee-owned architecture practice based in West London.
This creative and supportive practice is known for delivering thoughtful, well crafted projects across housing, hospitality, heritage and workplace sectors. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and long term career development, the studio offers architects the opportunity to play a key role in shaping projects and contributing to the wider growth of the practice.
The Role
This position would suit an architect with 3+ years’ post Part 3 experience who is confident working across both design and delivery.
You will take responsibility for running small to medium sized projects or leading significant packages within larger schemes, acting as a vital link between junior team members and senior leadership.
Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating consultant teams and internal design groups
Driving projects forward to meet programme, technical and quality targets
Delivering work from concept through to site
Mentoring and supporting architectural assistants
Reporting clearly to senior leadership
Contributing across housing, hospitality, heritage or workplace projects
About You
We are keen to speak with architects who can demonstrate:
Essential Experience:
ARB registration with 3+ years’ post Part 3 experience
A strong design led and technical portfolio from concept to completion
Confidence running projects and managing technical delivery
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe InDesign
A calm, collaborative and proactive approach
Personal Attributes:
Clear and confident communicator
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Adaptable and composed under pressure
Friendly, professional and keen to keep learning
Portfolio quality will be key for this role, with candidates expected to clearly demonstrate their responsibilities across previous projects.
