We’re working with a design-led residential architecture studio based in North London, known for their refined aesthetic and client-focused approach. They are looking for a Project Architect with strong design leadership, excellent client skills, and a genuine interest in the connection between architecture, wellbeing, and human behaviour.

Work closely with leadership to implement a design approach rooted in wellbeing, neuroarchitecture, and biophilic principles
Help shape the future direction of a growing, forward-thinking studio
Key Requirements for this Project Architect Role:
Minimum 5+ years of post-Part III experience, ideally with a focus on UK high-end residential
Strong design skills with a refined, contemporary aesthetic
Proven track record of running projects independently from early concept through to delivery
Comfortable navigating planning processes and understanding broader design considerations (wellbeing, psychology of space, sustainability)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident liaising with private clients, many of whom are high-net-worth individuals
Ability to resolve challenges calmly and professionally
Strong leadership qualities – someone who brings creative direction, not just technical delivery
Proficiency in AutoCAD essential; Revit is a plus
Fluent spoken and written English
The Studio Offers:
The chance to work on meaningful, well-crafted projects that prioritise both beauty and user wellbeing
A supportive, creative environment with a close-knit team
Real opportunities for growth and long-term development
Flexibility to shape your role according to your strengths and interests
A design ethos grounded in light, space, and human-centric thinking
This is an ideal role for a design-focused Project Architect who wants more ownership, client interaction, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a thoughtful and growing studio.
