Project Architect Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Architect to join an ambitious, design-led architecture studio with a fast-growing portfolio of projects across London and the surrounding areas.
The practice is currently delivering a mix of bespoke one-off houses, large residential schemes and major commercial developments, alongside a strong pipeline of projects at feasibility, design and planning stages. This is a young and energetic team that values collaboration, quality and giving architects real responsibility within a supportive studio environment.
Who You Are
You are an enthusiastic and proactive Project Architect with 3–5 years’ post-Part 3 experience, confident working across RIBA stages and particularly strong in the production of detailed construction information.
You enjoy being closely involved in projects, contributing ideas, and taking ownership as part of a growing practice where your input can genuinely shape the studio’s future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading packages or smaller projects across multiple sectors from concept through to site
Coordinating internal design teams and external consultants
Producing detailed construction information and technical packages
Preparing specifications and tender documentation
Supporting site delivery and responding to technical queries
Working across bespoke residential, large-scale housing and commercial schemes
Playing an active role in the studio’s continued growth and culture
Key Skills & Experience
ARB registered with 2–5 years’ post-Part 3 experience
Strong 2D and 3D skills in Vectorworks
Confident in 3D modelling and visualisation
Solid experience preparing technical and tender documentation
Knowledge of consultant coordination and on-site delivery
Clear communicator with strong organisational skills
