Project Architect Role Summary
Mixed Use & Residential Projects | Location: London | Start: ASAP | Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 | Flexible Working + 2 Days WFH
We’re supporting a design-led London studio seeking a talented Part 3 ARB Project Architect to join their growing team and work on a range of mixed use and residential projects.
This role is ideal for a technically strong architect with excellent AutoCAD skills and experience delivering UK projects through Stage 3 and Stage 4. Working knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp and Adobe Suite is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate project drawing packages using AutoCAD and REVIT
- Support Stage 3 and Stage 4 technical design delivery
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Produce detailed technical information and drawing packages
- Maintain design quality throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Part 3 ARB qualified Architect
- Strong UK residential and mixed use project experience
- Excellent AutoCAD skills essential
- Working knowledge of REVIT, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
- Strong technical, coordination and communication skills
- Confident working in collaborative design teams
