Project Architect Role Summary
Commercial/Residential | Central London | REVIT | £40,000 – £50,000
A thoughtful and design-led architectural studio is seeking a talented Project Architect to join its growing delivery team. With a strong presence in both London and the UK regions, this practice has built a reputation for producing carefully considered, well-crafted architecture across a diverse portfolio.
This is a studio that places equal value on design quality, technical rigour, and team wellbeing. Collaboration sits at the core of its culture, with a genuine emphasis on shared ideas, open dialogue, and long-term professional fulfilment.
The Role
You will take ownership of projects across all RIBA work stages, with a particular focus on technical design and delivery (Stages 4–5). Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, you will play a key role in translating design intent into robust, buildable solutions.
Alongside delivery, you will contribute to earlier project phases, including feasibility studies and planning, offering a well-rounded and varied role within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through technical and delivery stages with confidence
- Coordinate consultants and manage project information effectively
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to design development, planning submissions, and feasibility work
- Attend site and oversee construction progress where required
Skills & Experience
- ARB-registered Architect with circa 5+ years’ post-Part III experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects independently across RIBA stages
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and specification writing (NBS)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable leading small teams and liaising directly with clients
This studio is open-minded in its search and values attitude as much as experience. If you are a capable architect looking for a role with autonomy, variety, and a positive studio culture, this could be an excellent fit.
Why Apply?
- Supportive, collaborative working environment
- Opportunity to take real ownership of projects
- Broad project exposure across multiple sectors
- Ongoing professional development and career progression
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Studio based in a vibrant, design-focused London setting
