Project Architect Role Summary
High-End Residential | £55,000–£65,000 DOE | North London
A highly regarded residential architecture practice is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join its growing team. Specialising in beautifully crafted, high-end private residential projects, this studio is seeking someone who can confidently take ownership of projects from the earliest design stages through to completion.
This is an opportunity for a strong all-round architect with proven experience delivering luxury residential schemes and managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in leading projects from concept and planning through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and the wider design team. Early-stage design experience is particularly important, and you’ll be expected to contribute strategically to project development while ensuring design quality is maintained throughout.
Requirements
- Qualified Architect with significant UK high-end residential experience
- Demonstrable experience running multiple projects independently
- Proven track record delivering projects through all RIBA stages
- Strong design and technical capabilities
- Confident client-facing and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- French language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential
