Project Architect Role Summary

A design-led, internationally recognised architecture studio in West London is looking for a talented Project Architect to join its growing team. With a portfolio spanning high-end residential, boutique hospitality and heritage-sensitive projects, the practice is known for its thoughtful, detail-driven approach and refined architectural language.
Working across a diverse range of international commissions, the studio places strong emphasis on materiality, proportion and craftsmanship, delivering projects that respond sensitively to context while maintaining a contemporary design clarity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a capable Project Architect to take ownership of projects and play a key role in both design development and delivery within a collaborative studio environment.
The role
You will be responsible for leading projects through multiple RIBA stages, supporting design development while ensuring technical rigour and coordination across all aspects of delivery. Working closely with senior team members, you will help translate design intent into high-quality built outcomes.
The role requires a balance of design sensitivity and technical expertise, alongside the confidence to manage day-to-day project requirements and liaise with clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities
Lead projects across all RIBA stages, from concept through to completion
Develop and coordinate design information with a high level of detail
Produce and oversee drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
Coordinate with consultants and external stakeholders
Support client presentations and act as a point of contact where required
Ensure projects are delivered on programme and to a high standard
Contribute to maintaining design quality and studio standards
About you
ARB-registered architect with strong post-Part 3 experience
Proven experience delivering high-end residential and/or hospitality projects
Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
Good design judgement with a refined architectural sensibility
Experience coordinating consultants and managing project packages
Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Software
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous)
