HAUS Careers is delighted to be looking for talented Project Architects to work for a highly respected and growing architecture and construction practice. The close-knit, family-run team specialise in prestigious, large-scale projects in central London. They have a strong pipeline of work secured – including several new hotel developments.
About the Project Architect Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end, large-scale building projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. Hotel experience is a bonus, but what really matters is your experience on complex, large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. You will be working across RIBA Stages 3, 4, and some 5, so a well-rounded skill set across design and technical delivery is essential.
The practice has a reputation for quality and attention to detail and is known for delivering 5-star hotel developments for a major UK-based investor. They offer a stable, exciting work environment with no overtime, a clear 9–6 schedule, and the chance to work on some of London’s most prestigious developments.
Key Requirements
ARB registered Architect with UK project experience
Strong experience working on large-scale projects in the UK (hotels, residential, commercial or mixed-use)
Highly proficient in Revit – essential for this role
Experience working to BIM Level 2 is a distinct advantage
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
Confident producing detailed construction drawing packages
Able to deliver across all RIBA stages, with particular experience in Stages 3 and 4, and some on-site experience for Stage 5
Strong design and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with consultants, clients, and builders
Comfortable managing your workload across multiple live projects
What’s on Offer:
Salary between £45,000 – £52,000 (depending on experience)
Office-based role in central London (no hybrid/WFH)
A clear and structured 9am – 6pm working day, with no overtime
