Project Architect – Retail Job Summary
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
A design-led architecture practice in Central London is looking for a Project Architect to join its growing team. The studio works across a diverse portfolio of retail, residential and commercial projects, delivering thoughtful and carefully crafted architecture from early concept stages through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically strong architect with 3–5 years’ post-Part 3 experience who is confident running projects and taking ownership of key stages. The successful candidate will play an important role within the team, leading projects through concept design, planning and technical delivery, while collaborating with colleagues and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from concept and planning stages through to completion
Produce high-quality design and technical documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
Contribute to the creative development of projects across multiple sectors
Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard both technically and aesthetically
Key Skills & Requirements
3–5 years’ post-Part 3 experience within an architectural practice
Strong initiative with excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience working across retail, residential or commercial sectors
SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite skills are advantageous
