Key Requirements for this Project Architect Role
- Fully qualified Architect with 5–8 years’ professional experience
- Proven track record delivering luxury residential or hospitality projects internationally
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and project delivery
- Experience working on hotels and villas is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach
Project Architect Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages
- Drive design development while ensuring technical excellence
- Oversee production of drawings, detailing, and Revit models
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery
