HAUS Careers is partnering with a well-established, design-led architecture practice to recruit a Project Architect with strong technical and delivery expertise. This role is ideal for an architect who thrives in RIBA Stages 3–5, enjoys taking projects through detailed design and construction, and is confident working in Revit, particularly on residential schemes.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice known not only for the quality of its work, but also for its genuinely supportive, people-first culture.
Why join this practice?
This studio is widely regarded as an all-round lovely place to work. The office is friendly, sociable, and run by directors who genuinely care about their team. Culture is not just talked about—it’s lived daily.
To give you a flavour: on one occasion when a director was late returning from a meeting, they decided to take the entire office to the park for ice cream instead. It’s a story everyone loves and perfectly sums up the tone of the practice.
You can expect:
A collaborative, relaxed, and inclusive studio environment
Regular Thursday drinks and social events
Drawing classes and ongoing design engagement
Directors who are approachable, supportive, and invested in staff well being
