A thoughtful and growing design-led practice in North West London is looking for a Project Architect to join their close-knit team. With a fresh batch of small-scale residential projects just landed, they’re seeking someone with a passion for designing homes that truly work for the people living in them — from concept to completion, and especially on-site.
This is a role for someone who’s ready to take ownership, lead clients confidently, and manage each stage of a domestic build. You’ll be working on beautifully crafted houses for families and individuals who care about the detail and want to collaborate.
What you’ll be doing as Project Architect:
Leading small-scale residential projects from early concept through to on-site delivery
Managing client relationships and providing thoughtful, sensitive design solutions
Attending site meetings and coordinating with consultants
Working independently and within a team, both remotely and occasionally in the studio
Using ArchiCAD confidently for all technical and design documentation
As Project Architect you’ll need to have:
5+ years’ post ARB experience, with strong ArchiCAD skills
A portfolio showcasing residential work, particularly for private clients and families
A hands-on approach to on-site delivery and problem solving
Excellent communication and self-management skills
