This well-established multidisciplinary studio specialises in high-end residential work, with a particular focus on small-scale extensions, conversions, and one-off bespoke homes. Their collaborative team of Architects, Planners, Interior Designers, and Engineers is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, design-led solutions that exceed client expectations — every time.
The Role
The studio is looking for a confident and experienced Project Architect to take the lead on residential projects from post-planning stages through to delivery. You’ll be working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that beautifully designed homes are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
Produce clear and accurate technical drawings and specifications
Liaise with clients and external consultants throughout the design and construction process
Carry out regular site visits and oversee works on site
Ensure projects meet all UK building regulations and standards
Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision
Skills and Experience
ARB-registered Architect with experience in UK high-end residential projects
Strong understanding of RIBA Stages 3–5
Confident leading projects independently
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
A passion for detail and delivering beautifully crafted homes
