Summary

A young West London based practice seeks a talented, ambitious Project Architect looking to join a small team in their cool and quirky office to work on some amazing design led and technical mixed use scheme not far from London, including residential housing, retail and leisure.. The role is for an experienced part III with a minimum of 4 years post RIBA or ARB. The candidate must be proficient using Vectorworks and have good working knowledge of UK building regulations and working with London boroughs to take projects through planning efficiently.

The candidate:

  • Should be an experienced Vectorworks user having used this software on live projects from 0-7.
  • Should be a qualified ARB/RIBA Architect, with at least four years post qualification.
  •  Should have experience working in London on residential housing or mixed use projects with great attention to detail.
  • This role will include being client facing and so presentation skills are key.
