Summary
Join a London-based award-winning practice as a Project Architect specialising in UK housing projects. Collaborate on and lead residential projects, using Revit and/or MicroStation. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively in a team or lead a small group in delivering various residential projects
- Contribute to the development of feasibility concepts, planning, and tender documentation
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of UK residential projects, regulations, and standards
- Apply knowledge of residential planning policy to ensure compliance and adherence
- Utilize Revit and/or MicroStation expertise effectively in practical applications
- Showcase a high level of design awareness through a strong portfolio of projects
- Communicate clearly and confidently in various mediums, including writing, drawing, on-screen, and in-person interactions
- Possess relevant work permits and currently reside in the UK at the time of application
Desired skills:
- Self-motivation, proactivity, initiative, and experience working collaboratively within a team
- Strong presentation skills using the Adobe software suite
- Knowledge of 3D modeling in Rhino and V-Ray rendering
- Meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and quality in work
- Experience leading a small team and conducting quality checks
- Experience and technical knowledge of RIBA Stages 4/5
