Project Architect Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Architect to join a growing architecture team specialising in beautifully crafted country house projects across the Home Counties, with some work extending into London and the South West (not central London).
In this role, you’ll take the lead on your own projects from concept through to completion, with the support of a collaborative and friendly team. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own time, balancing remote and hybrid working with attendance at key meetings and site visits as required by each project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and run your own residential projects through all RIBA stages
Develop and deliver high-quality design solutions in a distinctive country house style
Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
Attend site visits and key project meetings as needed
Ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
Key Requirements:
Qualified Architect with relevant UK experience
Proven experience managing projects independently
Strong skills in AutoCAD or Vectorworks
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Self-motivated and comfortable working flexibly and remotely
Car required to visit sites
