About the Role
We’re looking for sociable, motivated Architects and Project Architects to join a well-established residential practice in Central/East London. You’ll work alongside a close-knit team on beautifully designed residential projects, using your technical expertise and creativity to help deliver high-quality work.

Your Day-to-Day
Lead or support delivery of residential projects, from early concept to completion
Use Revit to prepare clear design proposals and documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors confidently
Ensure projects meet budget, programme, and technical standards
Mentor junior team members (if you’re more experienced)
Collaborate closely with the wider studio team
What You’ll Bring
ARB registration (or near to it)
0–5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential architecture
Strong technical and delivery skills
Solid Revit proficiency
Friendly, approachable personality—team spirit is essential here
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Desire to be part of a people-first studio
