An award-winning and one of the fastest-growing AJ100 architecture practices is seeking a Project Associate Architect to join its Central London studio. Renowned for its beautifully crafted projects and collaborative studio culture, this practice offers a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the capital’s most exciting new developments.
With a growing portfolio of high-profile commercial and mixed-use schemes, the studio is expanding its senior team and is looking for a talented architect ready to take on a leadership role. Experience in the residential sector is also welcomed.
About the Project Associate Architect Role
As a Project Associate, you will lead multiple live projects, guiding teams across all RIBA stages, with a focus on Stages 4 and 5. You’ll collaborate closely with directors, clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design quality and delivery are maintained at every stage.
Key Requirements
ARB-registered with solid UK-based project experience
Strong Revit skills – the studio is fully BIM-integrated
Experienced across all RIBA stages, particularly technical and delivery phases
Excellent technical and detailing ability with sound on-site coordination experience
Proven experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
Confident leading teams and contributing to strategic project direction
What’s on Offer
Salary of £60k– £65k, depending on experience
Hybrid working: 4 days in the studio, 1 day remote
