HAUS is excited to be working with one of London’s most respected design and build studios, who are on the hunt for a driven Project Designer. They’re known for crafting people-focused, vibrant workplaces that blend creative vision with functionality. 

The Role

You’ll lead the creative journey across a range of commercial interiors, from initial site surveys to pitches and technical packs. You’ll collaborate with sales and pre-construction teams to win work, all while delivering meaningful, beautifully tailored office environments for forward-thinking clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full design process—from concept sketches and client meetings to technical drawings and project delivery

  • Develop creative workplace concepts that excite and inspire, with a strong commercial awareness

  • Prepare and present mood boards, visuals, and pitch packs to secure new projects

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout all stages

  • Coordinate budgets, schedules, and design risk registers with internal teams

  • Produce technical drawing packs for build and O&M handover

  • Research trends, products, and finishes to keep designs fresh and future-focused

  • Contribute to a close-knit, collaborative studio culture where every voice counts

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in workplace or commercial interiors

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and client-facing skills

  • A creative mind with strong attention to detail, and the drive to meet deadlines

  • Solid technical knowledge and understanding of fit-out process

  • Sketching skills or ability to communicate ideas visually is a bonus

  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional environments
