Summary
An award winning small residential practice, is seeking a friendly and driven Project Lead Architect to join their team. The practice focuses on architectural, design and construction services, so are very much a hands on practice, seeing projects from beginning to end and assisting clients to gain the best from their properties.
They are a young and dynamic team on a mission to produce the very best in architectural services for prime London clients, from large open plan projects to detailed bespoke interior elements.
So the right person will be a smart, passionate and energetic individual looking for the next level of responsibility within a small practice, and who thrives on challenges and diverse tasks, with the technical knowledge to back it up.
The position will require experience:

Working across all RIBA stages on high-end residential projects, focused in central London

With planning, building control and tendering for projects

Site experience and project management with internal and external teams

Proficiency in Vectorworks, to a high standard
