Project Lead opportunity with a fast-growing, design-led interior studio working across hospitality and high-end residential sectors.
This is a key hire at an exciting stage of growth, offering the opportunity to lead major hospitality schemes while working closely with the Founder.
The Role
You will take ownership of large-scale, fast-paced projects, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery from concept through to installation.
- Lead multiple large-scale hospitality projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee spatial planning, layouts and masterplanning
- Develop and manage technical packages including finishes, schedules and detailed drawings
- Coordinate across internal teams, consultants, contractors and client groups
- Lead site meetings, monitor progress and ensure design integrity on site
- Delegate effectively while remaining hands-on across all project stages
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Founder on design direction and project delivery
About You
- 6–8+ years’ experience leading interior design or interior architecture projects
- Strong background in hospitality projects, ideally with recognised hotel clients or operators
- Confident managing large-scale, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong technical ability with a focus on layouts, spatial planning and coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive and confident taking ownership
- Comfortable balancing leadership and delegation
The Studio
You will join a collaborative team of designers working across FF&E and interior architecture, supported by a wider commercial and project team. The studio is currently delivering a number of hospitality schemes alongside high-end residential projects.
Working closely with the Founder, you will be part of a studio that values creative excellence, strong team dynamics and high-quality delivery.
