Job Description for this Project Manager Role

Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Develop a comprehensive project schedule, track deadlines, and manage unforeseen challenges.
  • Client Liaison and Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts, act as a primary client contact, and foster strong client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate resource allocation and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and ensure profitability.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct site inspections and address any defects promptly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and collaborate with Finance Manager on profitability.
  • Administrative Oversight: Ensure smooth studio operations and identify inefficiencies for improvement.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist Finance Manager in monitoring profitability and achieving financial goals.
  • Business Development: Collaborate on business strategy, secure new projects, and support contract negotiations.
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK.
Key Skills and Qualifications for this Project Manager Role
  • Proven project management experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility for travel and relevant qualifications in design or project management
