Project Manager Role Summary
£60,000 – £80,000 | West London | Full Time | Studio & Site-Based
Project Manager opportunity with a highly regarded, design-led interior studio operating at the top end of the international interiors market. The studio delivers exceptional private residential projects for a global clientele.
This is a key role overseeing the full project lifecycle, coordinating design information, managing timelines and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external consultants.
The Role
You will act as a central point of coordination across architects, contractors and specialist suppliers, maintaining the integrity of the design vision while navigating technical and site-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design team, ensuring drawings, details and specifications are issued accurately and on time
- Oversee projects from concept through to completion, including construction and fit-out stages
- Identify and resolve technical, structural and site-related challenges
- Manage communication between studio and site teams, ensuring alignment throughout
- Monitor both architectural and decorative aspects of projects
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and quality, including occasional international travel
- Develop and maintain project programmes in line with contractor schedules
- Oversee installation of fit-out elements and specialist finishes
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
Key Skills & Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proven experience within luxury residential interiors, architecture or high-end construction
- Strong understanding of both technical and decorative project elements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Confident problem-solver, able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong IT skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence preferred
